Week 2 – Cleanses and Parasites. Liver Detox. Immune System Regulation. Pre, Post, or ProBiotics. And what about What TikTok says?
Week 3 – EMFs and their stress on our Body. Self-Care in a Crazy Busy World. How setting healthy boundaries is crucial. And physical activity helps not necessarily exercise
Week 4 – Transformation not Short-Term Resolution. Health Specific Triggers. Daily Maintenance. Traveling Trick and Tips too (stay healthy while on the go).
